How can I join Merchant Navy with 58% in 10th and 72% in 12th Commerce of Odisha Board?

Hello Sir, I have secured 72% in 12th standard with Commerce stream and 58% in 10th both completed from Odisha Board. I want to make my career in the Merchant Navy. Kindly tell me what I can do to join Merchant Navy?
