How to get BTech admission through JEE Main? Should I prepare for JEE Main after completion of 12th?

Dear Sir, I have appeared for my 10th Board with Chhattisgarh Board of this year. Can I start my preparation for JEE Main after completing my 12th Board which I will do with the same Board? My aim is to study BTech after completing 12th. Kindly let me know how can I get admission?
