I am Ankesh and I have got 54.4% in 12th Commerce. I want to apply for Bank jobs right now. So, kindly tell me about the jobs available in Banking sector?

Yes, you can go for the banking sector with your current educational qualification. However, the job opportunities is very limited. But if you complete your bachelor's degree in any discipline, then you have wide range of opportunities in banking sectors like clerical post, Specialist officer, Probationary officer etc.

However, you can apply for the clerical exam conducted by IBPS and SBI.

By your current qualification, you can get the posts of Peon, Clerical cadre, Assistant level jobs, Data entry job etc.

ELIGIBILITY :

* Candidate should complete class 12th or equivalent examination from any recognized university.

* Candidate should also have computer knowledge and good analytical skills.

* For data entry jobs, the candidate should have good typing skills.

You can apply in the following banks which offer employment to the students who completed class 12 :

* HDFC Bank.

* Canara Bank.

* Bank of Baroda.

* City Union Bank.

* ICICI Bank.

* Corporation Bank.

* State Bank of India & Associates.

No, you are not eligible for banking sector jobs so first complete graduation degree then you can apply for banking sector.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for IBPS and SBI clerk exam.

Your age should be in between 20 to 28 years.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for IBPS and SBI PO exam.

Your age should be in between 20 to 30 years.

You need to complete graduation first to become eligible for any banking sector job. Once you complete tour degree then you will be eligible for various clerk and PO exams which are conducted by IBPS and SBI.

You can even try in private banks where they train the graduates before hiring them like in ICICI which has a program for graduates for management jobs in bank.
