I have applied as a TGT ENGLISH In kendriya Vidhyalaya. I have done (graduation) b. Com and had English as a foundation course (subject).I have completed b. Ed and am CTET cleared. Am I eligible for this post ? KV has not found me eligible for this post. But according to the eligibility criteria I have English as a subject even though its one of the foundation course at graduation level.

Eligibility for English Teacher post. A candidate must have a B. Ed degree (Bachelor's of Education) with a minimum of 55% marks is required to become a teacher. Pass in the CTET Paper II by CBSE or appearing in CTET.
Proficiency in teaching in English media.
