I was doing my 12 with maths in the year 2018 then I give the exam of intermediate only one subject biology in 2021 so which marks I uploaded in the neet 2021

You can upload the original mark sheet in which all subjects marks are available. Your improvement mark sheet has only marks pertaining to one subject. During document verification, you can submit both the mark sheets because there is no provision to submit both the mark sheets, and in that case you need to submit the original one.

The first thing I would be like to let you know is that to be eligible for appearing in NEET UG, it is mandatory to have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology over a period of two years from a recognized board of education.

So, on just having opted for biology as an additional subject in 2021, you will be not eligible for appearing in NEET UG as you will have not studied Biology for the duration of two years.

You should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your Core Subjects. 50% Aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology marks of 12th should have uploaded in NEET. NIOS and Private Candidates are also eligible.

Candidates must have qualified class 12th with 50% marks to appear for NEET 2022. Applicants appearing for class 12th in 2022 are also eligible. NTA has reopened the NEET 2022 Form Correction window for candidates to edit the category field
