Dear Sir, My nephew is studying in 5th Standard from Bangalore. He has born on 24th Jan 2007 and will be completing 14 years 2 months in 2021. Can he appears in 10th standard exam from Karnataka State Board. Can anyone clarify What is the age limit for appearing in 10th exam?

There is an announcement from the Karnataka State Government about the age limit in 2009. It says the minimum requirement for 1st standard is completion of 5 years. This will automatically make sure the candidate is 16 when he is writing SSLC. So this is applicable to you if you are joined 1st standard in 2010 and after. For you this will not be applicable.
