Yes, a candidate who holds a Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) diploma is eligible to apply for Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or State Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) under certain conditions.

For CTET, the eligibility criteria require the candidate to have a diploma in elementary education (D.El.Ed) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or a 2-year diploma in education (Special Education). However, candidates with NTT diplomas are also eligible to apply if they have a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

For State TET, the eligibility criteria may vary depending on the state and the conducting authority. Candidates with NTT diplomas are advised to check the eligibility criteria specified in the respective state TET notification.

The eligibility criteria for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) and State Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) may vary depending on the state or organization conducting the exam.

However, candidates who have completed their NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) diploma may be eligible to apply for both CTET and TET exams.

Candidates also need to fulfill other requirements, such as age limit, educational qualifications, and experience, if any, as specified by the conducting authority.

So, checking the official notification of the respective exam that you are interested in, to confirm the eligibility criteria and other requirements.
