Hello Sir, my daughter is very poor in Mathematics. She is even unable to secure passing marks in 11th CBSE exam. At this stage can she change the subject? Kindly tell me if it is possible or not?

Yes, there is some time duration up to which a candidate can change his or her stream if he or she is not able to cope up with the syllabus but for that you have to write an application regarding changing of the subject and its reason and submit it in the office or the concerned teacher.
Rather than doing this you can also consult with the teacher in person so that they take the immediate step.

Change of subjects is normally possible at the beginning of the session and the student should contact the school authority as soon as possible to change it. There will be a problem if the session is about to end.

If she has finished the class 11th or about to finish then she has to again study class 11th to change the subjects.

It is possible to change the stream in 11th standard only upto some time duration but if the candidate has already appeared for the examination of 11th standard then he or she would not be allowed to change the subject.
Then he/she has to continue with the same subject in 12th as well.
However, if it is the starting of the 11th standard then you can consult with the school teachers to change the subjects.
