I a poor SC category girl seeking information that whether can a SC Girl student of Patrachar Vidyalaya appear in Delhi PMT entrance exam or not?

i done 12th class from CBSE patrachar which is valied and i get 47% marks total and i am fail in biology but due to addditional subject i am pass so in this condition can i give B.sc Enterance exam?? one more thing is i am SC category.
