Sir/Madam, I want to give the Board exam from NIOS Board. I have given the Board exam of 12th standard from CBSE Board as well. So, is there any difficulty for me to reappear the 12th Board exam from different Board?

No, you can apply for NIOS without any issues. Just apply for the registration, if you are willing to appear for open schooling and study on your own without regular classes.

There is no issue with CBSE or any other recognized board. NIOS is open for everyone, who is willing to study in distance mode.

No you can give or can appear for class 12 board exam from NIOS board, no harm in it.
though i would suggest you to appear from CBSE it self.
