As per Bar Council of India, LLB cannot be pursued under open schooling. Either you have to give competitive entrance examination after 12th or after graduation, you can take admission in LLB Colleges.
Course duration after 12th class is 5 years, whereas it is 3 years after graduation. |

I would like to suggest you to pursue a degree before you can study law. You can go for integrated courses like BBA, BA, B.com LLB.
The better option to go for an integrated course as you can say one year. Because for integrated course the duration will be 5 years whereas it will take six years if you do two degrees separately. |
