What to do if Bangalore schools are not allowing to join my daughter in LKG?
Hi - My Daughter date of birth is 8-Aug-2018. could you please let me know is she eligible for LKG.
One of the school in Bangalore did not allow to join the LKG as she is not completed 3 Year 10 Month with subject Jun 1 2021. Please explain. Now again she is joined as play group. Regards, Renukesha B |

No, your daughter is not eligible for LKG.
The correct age of the student should be between 3 years 6 months to 4 years 10 months to get admission in LKG school as per the guidelines of the central board of secondary education (CBSE). |

As every school has to follow the rules and regulations which are set by the higher authorities and they cannot break them. The minimum age limit for admission to LKG is 3 years 10 months for CBSE school whereas for ICSE schools the age of a student for LKG must be in-between 3 - 4 years at the time of admission.

even my daughter is born on June 6th again the school is repeating nursery because of she did not complete 4 years by june 1.what is this for 5 days repeating the same nursery again.
