My husband working in govt bank.He transferred to Kolkata last week.
What is the process to admit my child in central school.He is in class 3 at now.my husband has transferable job so how can all process should be happen?
Pls tell me.
What is the right move at this moment?

If your ward is already pursuing in any central school then you only need to take the transfer certificate from the school and submit it to the one in which you want to get the admission.

But, if your ward is not pursuing then you have to go to the school and fulfill the eligibility as to appear and qualify in the admission test and interview for the admission.

So, kindly visit the school in which you want the admission to get the details for admission procedure.

There is reservation of seats for the wards of government employee in the central school.

If a candidate is transferred from Kendriya Vidyalaya to Kendriya Vidyalaya then there is no difficulty for the child to get admission in the school but if the candidate is being transferred from some other private or government school to the central school then a candidate has to qualify the entrance exam conducted by the school itself. You need these certificates while getting admission Migration certificate, Transfer Certificate, Academic Class Certificate, Character Certificate, Bonafide Certificate.

The right move at this time is to get your child admitted in the central school aka Kendriya Vidhyalaya (KV). They have all India branches with more or less uniform facilities and infrastructure and the quality of teachers.

They also care for the transferable jobs of the parents and allow the child to get transferred in mid session in case the parents get transferred.

If your child is studying in state board, then you will require the Migration Certificate in addition to the following documents :

* Previous marksheet
* School Leaving certificate
* Character Certificate

Your child has to write an entrance exam and if he gets through it, he may take the admission in the KV.

The process is quite simple, you will just have to fill up the application form either online or offline as the case might be in the prospective school, after that your child will have to appear for an entrance test conducted by the school and after clearing the examination, your child can very much get admission in the prospective school and continue with his/her studies further.
