Whether opting Science in Intermediate is manageable for a medically unfit candidate?

Hello everyone, I have scored 85% in the Board exam of 10th standard from BSEB Board. I am always having little bit health issues and I am completely unfit. I am planning to take Science stream based on my percentage but studying Science in Intermediate take lots of effort and I don't think that due to my health issue I will manage Science stream. I need your suggestion. Kindly give your valuabe suggestion.
