Hello Sir,
I have sent my CBSE Private form through registered post but when I checked my status in India Post website it showed that "no information for your item"
if my form does not reach CBSE then what should I do? Please help me.

It might happen that there is something problem in the link or the server of the link is down that time. It also might happen that still your form have not reached, so that is why it is showing no information. Rather than getting panic, you should try again after 2-3 days to get a better result.
