Sir, my name is Ajay Kapadia. My father name is Santosh Goswami in my Aadhar card, but in my CBSE mark sheet or migration certificate of CBSE of class 10th and 12th. My father name is written as Santosh Kapadia, but my caste name is Kapadia. Will it create any problem or an affidavit should work or not?

Your surname should be same in all the important documents. If it is different, then you must get it corrected. Hence, you should get it corrected to avoid issues later.

You can apply for correction with the help of essential documents. Hence, it will create problem, if not corrected.

Your father's name should be same in all the documents otherwise, in future you will face a problem.
You can do correction in your Aadhar card by visiting on UIDAI site or you can visit cyber cafe .
You have show your identity proof in which your father's name have been correctly written.

You will get your new Aadhar card within one week.

I have cleared my 10th in 2006.. in all my educational document father name is written in abbreviated form but in my id proof his full name is written m going for government job so just wanna ask that
does it create problem during document verification, if it is then what steps should i take to avoid this kind of problem

Yes, you may face some problems if the surname of your father is different in your Aadhar card and your CBSE mark sheet or Migration Certificate.
Name and Surname of your father must be same in all your documents.

An affidavit from court will solve this issue if any problem arises. Affidavit should say "Santosh Goswami" in my Aadhar card and "Santosh Kapadia" in my CBSE Mark sheet is same person. Affidavit should be signed by you with Notary stamp.

Sir my name is Raju Sharma & my father's name is Uma Shankar Sharma but sir all my documents (10, 12 & graduation ) sirname is Sahrma. I get any problem in govt job & to get passport.

Your name should be the same in all the documents and your father's name should be as per the documents too. There should be no difference in name otherwise it will create issues later in the government jobs.

For example, if your father name is mentioned incorrectly in your documents then you need to get it corrected with the help of original documents.
