If you have completed 10+2 with any stream from recognized board with above 60% marks or completed Graduation from recognized university are applicable for SBI Clerk Exam.

Your age should be in between 18 to 28 years old.Age relaxation is provide for SC/ST/OBC candidate.

The pay scale is he pay scale of RS 7200/-- RS 19300/- so the starting salary for SBI clerk candidate is 14,177 per month .

You also get petrol allowance, officiating allowance.

SBI Clerk exam notification is not announced yet for 2013 but it will be announced very soon because every year SBI Clerk Exam conduct once or two times .

Dear, educational qualification required for Assistant Clerk in SBI is that the candidate must hold a degree in any discipline froma recognized university or any equivalent qualification. Assistant clerks in State Bank of India are on the probation period of 1-4 months.
At the time of probation they are taught about bank, their job and DO'S and DON'T etc. So they are not actually paid complete amount at this time.
During probation period they get 15,000/- in hand. After completion of their probation period SBI assistant clerks are paid as per their area of posting which varies from 16,000/- to 25,000/-.
