As far as my best knowledge is concerned, you are required to appear in entrance examination that is conducted by Lady Irwin college on behalf of Delhi University.

The basic educational qualification required to be eligible for doing this PhD in Nutrition and Dietetics in Delhi University is "Master's Degree" in concerned stream from a recognized university.
