What should I do to be eligible for lecturership in government colleges?


hello sir,
i am currently doing my Msc. in dietetics and food service management from IGNOU and has completed PG diploma in dietetics and public health nutrition from delhi university and is currently doing my interns in a hospitals. I want to get into teaching job so please let me know what is the best option for me.

Hello friend,
To be eligible for lectureship in colleges and universities in India, you will have to qualify National Eligibility Test in Lectureship conducted by University Grant Commission.
To write the exam, you must have completed masters degree program and must have scored a minimum of 55% in the same.
There is no age limit to apply for the exam.
Once you qualify NET, you will be eligible to join Colleges and universities in India.

i have completed m.phil in food and nutrition and cleared NET exam. wat else should i do to become elegible for lecturership in government colleges?

I have completed M.sc. in Clinical nutrition and Dietetics from Karnataka state Open University, Mysore. But i have done B.sc. in nursing so am i eligible to go for 6month internship to appear for the RD exam? May i know about the procedure to join internship in IDA recognised hospital at Bangalore under the supervision of Registered dietician?

I have done my graduation with Bsc botany from Kerala university, and I now joined Msc dietetics and food service management from IGNO university with Certified Food and Nutrition course. Is I'm eligible for appearing UGC net exam? And is I'm eligible for teaching higher secondary with this PG and B. Ed? If it is possible, which subjects are to be teach?
