With so many private medical colleges around, you can surely get admission into a private medical college. If you are aiming for a government medical college, then it will be somewhat difficult for you. Your rank is not enough for government medical college and will definitely get a seat in a private medical college.

Therefore, attend the counselling without any tension because you have given the entrance exam and now you can't do anything and will get admission according to your rank. Private medical colleges are expensive and if you think that you can't afford, then prepare for next year.
