I have scored 128 in comedk 2014 will i be able to get free seat in medical college . i am non-karnataka student

Competition in medical schools is tough but with a rank as good as that I think you can get in one of the top 3 medical schools that come under COMEDK.
About your query regarding free seats, I don’t think every college has that feature in its system. Free seat is a strategy used by low ranked colleges to attract top ranked students so that they too can earn a name. Top medical schools don’t have to give that privilege to toppers since top students would intrinsically choose best medical schools.
Carry any state or national level competition certificates, just in case. If you are a girl, try and check if you are applicable for girl’s quota in Karnataka. If you are, it will increase your ranking further more.
