BPSC stands for Bihar Public Service Commission. It conducts examination for recruitment of candidates to various departments of Bihar government.

Age limit required to be eligible to appear for BPSC examination varies from one post to another post based on the level of job. For most of the jobs, the age limit required to appear for BPSC exam will be from 21-30 years and age relaxation is applicable as per the government rules.

The age limit for BPSC examination is 21 to 35 years for General Category candidates. There is age relaxation available for candidates who belong to reserved category, which will be as follows.

1. SC/ST : 5 years relaxation
2. OBC : 3 years relaxation
3. PWD : 10 years relaxation

You belong to OBC category and you will get 3 years relaxation. Therefore, you can appear for BPSC exam. You need to show the proof of your OBC non creamy layer certificate for getting the relaxation during verification process.
