You have brought very good question to and I have answered as per my knowledge and taking experience from the persons working on this post so there are following functions a MTS - Multi Tasking Staff employee has to complete :

>> Physical Maintenance of Records of the section such as - typing work, stock verification etc.

>> General Cleanness & upkeep of the section/ office/ unit/ hall etc.

>> Carrying and maintaining files and other papers within the organization/building.

>> Photocopying, Making sets, Stapling, Spiral binding, sending of FAX etc.

>> Assisting in routine office work such as - Diary, dispatch.

>> Delivering of dak/post inside and outside of the organization and handling bank transactions.

>> Watch and follow ward duties.

>> Opening and closing of rooms of organization on time.

>> Dusting and Shifting of Furniture & Tables.

>> Cleaning and Fixtures of Building and its components.

>> Work related to the qualification on which MTS is appointed.

>> Driving of official vehicles if having a valid driving license.

>> Upkeep of open area including parks, lawns, potted plants etc. within the premises of the organization.

>> Some office related work in all respects as per the needs of the organization such as Computer, LCD, Projector, Audio-Video system as required in class rooms, seminar, conference hall.

>> Water supply to the institute and maintaining water pumps.

>> Cooking tea and serving to senior employee on time.

>> Perform duties at Guest house, Auditorium Hall and Dining Hall etc.

>> Any other work assigned by the superior authority.
