No, you will not get MBBS seat through EAMCET 2015 exam because candidates must belong to the Andhra Pradesh state.

The others criteria are-

The candidates must have passed the Intermediate examination or its equivalent from a recognized board with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology with minimum 45% marks for General or 40% marks for the reserved categories are eligible for EAMCET 2015.

The candidates must have completed their 17 years.
