Sir/mam i secured 11850 rank in eamcet am a student of ou region st category...is there any posibility of getting mbbs seat of private A category

i have got 6775 rank in EAMCET 2014 exam.My father is an ex-service man. can i get MBBS seat in govt. college?please reply sir. thank you.
