Can I do D.Ed after diploma in mechanical engineering?

D.Ed. stands for Diploma in Education. D.Ed. is a one year duration diploma course in Education. D.Ed. qualifies candidates to become nursery teachers. Admission to D.Ed. course is carried through the Common Entrance Test conducted by the respective State for this purpose. The Common Entrance Test for D.ed. course is conducted by almost all states of India.

Eligibility criteria required for D.Ed. course admission :-

-The candidate must have passed 10+2 in Science or Arts stream with at least 50% marks in aggregate .

-The candidate age limit should be 18 years to 36 years .There is relaxation in upper age limit by 5 years for the SC/ST/BC candidates .

First,D.Ed is Diploma in education is job oriented course after that you can find job, they don't have to wait any long for job like that may happen in other profession. Candidate who are interested in teaching profession upto school level can enroll for this course.

Second,if you did diploma in mechanical engineering then you can opt this course for carrer. For D.Ed. candidate only need to pass their intermediate with 50% aggregate from recognized board.

Diploma course is considered as equivalent to you intermediate (10+2), if you are done with you diploma you can enroll for D.Ed. Eitherway, you can opt graduation in which this diploma allows you to take admission directly second year.

D.Ed. course-
It is two year diploma course beneficial to get job as government,private, or may help you to start your own coaching centers.
Candidate may ask to do teaching training after course for job.

D.Ed course can be pursued by students who have passed 10 + 2 from a recognised board. D.Ed course is technically an elementary teacher training course. Duration of course is 2 years. Minimum qualification required is 10 plus two passed in any stream from a recognised board with at least 50% aggregate marks.

If you have passed 12th standard with at least 50% marks from any well affiliated school board, then you are eligible to apply for Diploma in Education (D.Ed) after completion of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
To get admission in best institute, you have to appear in entrance test. Some of the well known entrance exams for admission in D.Ed are as below:

1.) Haryana Board of School Education D.Ed. Exam
2.) D.Ed. Common Entrance Test Maharashtra (MSCE)

Eligibility criteria for D.Ed:

1. Minimum qualification required to join this course is 10 + 2 in any discipline from a recognised board.

2. Minimum marks required to join this course is 50%.

Diploma in mechanical engineering can be done on 10th basis and diploma in education on 12th basis. If you done 12 regular or private or any you eligible for it. For example you done ded and want to diploma in ME it is on 10th basis similarly ded on 12 basis.
