Eligibility to appear in UGC-NET for a candidate who has completed MS(Automobile Engineering) from USA?


Hello friends, I have done my MS(Automobile Engineering) from USA. I am an Indian and I did my BE in India. I want to give UGC-NET for Automobile Engineering. I want to know that I am eligible for applying in UGC-NET as my certificate is from Abroad?
