Education and Career Forum

Sir, I took admission in Durg Univeristy in Dongargarh. However, the education system is worse here and I am planing to move to to Pt. Ravi University after completing my 1st year from here only. So, will there be any issue on taking admission in Post Graduation as I will be wasting one year of my time in this? Can't I take direct admission in 2nd year in Pt. Ravi Shankar University? Any provision for this under any circumstances?
