Selection procedure through UPSC NDA & NA II Exam 2020?


Hello Sir, I have applied for the UPSC NDA & NA II Exam of 2020. But I don’t know how they are going to select the candidates. Can you please let me know about the selection procedure? Please let me know immediately. Waiting for your response.

Selection procedure is as follows
1. Written examination
2. SSB Interview
3. Medical
4. Final merit list

UPSC NDA & NA I & II 2020 exam will consist of 2 stages, i.e., written exam and SSB Interview. UPSC prepares a list of candidates who obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the written examination as fixed by the Commission at their discretion.

Only unmarried male candidates can apply for NDA.Candidates need to apply online for NDA. The application forms are made available on the official website
The application fee is Rs 100 that candidates be paid both online and offline.

Candidates will be selected after qualifying in two stages of the examination.

Stage I - Written.

Stage II - Service Selection Board.

You have to appear and qualify in each of them for final selection.

The selection of candidates for their admission to NDA (National Defence Academy) and NA (Naval Academy) is based in following stages of examination :-

* Stage I : Written Examination (900 marks). Further, the Written Examination comprises of two papers one of Mathematics (Paper I : 300 marks) and other one of General Ability Test (Paper II : 600 marks).

* Stage II : SSB (Service Selection Board) Interview.

Selection procedure through UPSC NDA & NA II Exam 2020:-

The SSB interview will be conducted in various rounds in five days and all the selected candidates have to appear in all the rounds.

The candidates on the first day of SSB interview will go through psychological tests which will include picture, perception and description test, intelligence test and filling up of personal information questionnaire forms.

Second day of SSB interview will include the tests related to - word association test, situation recreation test, thematic apperception test and self - description test.

Third day of interview will be related of group discussion test, military planning exercise, intergroup obstacle race or snake race, progressive group task, half group task, command task and personal interview for some candidates by the president.

Fourth and fifth day will include tests related to ine individual obstacles, final group task, interview for remaining candidates, final board conference and announcement of results.
