My friend is doing his B.Sc.(Computer Science), a three-year degree course from the Institute of Distance and Open Learning (IDOL) at Mumbai University, Kalina.

Assuming that he gets through the CET, is he eligible to seek admission to the MMS programme of Mumbai University?

As u know samir that the government of Maharastra conducts a single entrance test for entrance into engineering and mbbs courses,the qualifications are:-

1.the candidate must be born before 31st december 1994 for writing the 2011 CET examination,the upper age limit must be 25 years and you should submit the required certificates to prove his date of birth

Since your friend is from BSC stream ,I suggest him to persue further studies in the same stream i.e Msc rather than coming back and aiming for CET.

Yes, he is eligible for MHT CET after graduation. But i think that will not be beneficial after his graduation.

It will be better if he pursues M.Sc in computer science. Rest depends on his wish!
