Being a diploma holder doesn't makes you eligible to pursue MBA from any recognized institute/universities. If you want to go for MBA in any discipline, you have got to complete a bachelors degree program in any stream from a recognized university.
It doesn't matters whether you have done BSc or Btech, having completed any of these program or any other bachelors degree program will make you eligible to pursue MBA from a B-School.
One thing you must keep in mind that if you are willing to pursue MBA, you must pursue it from any of the reputed B-Schools to have a satisfying career after completion of the MBA program.
