To apply and prepare for an Bank exam you should know the pattern of exam for which you have applied.

Syllabus for bank Exams
Reasoning-50 MARKS
Quantitative Aptitude-50 MARKS
Computer Knowledge-50 MARKS
General Awareness-50 MARKS
English Knowledge-25 MARKS
English Descriptive Paper-25 MARKS

As you know that you have to answer 200 - 250 questions, so do fast calculations and try to use most of the short cut available in the world of maths.

Apptitude and reasoning can be confused so allocate more time to solve them.

Use the 10 th math book ( r.s agarwal or r.d sharma ) it will help you a lot in the quantitative aptitude test .

Reasoning question will be mastered by practicing it and it depends upon your creativity.

Read grammer books for the english section , it will help you in antonyms , synonyms and sentence formation.

Read the telegraph , hindu or any other english news paper for general awareness, you can also read magazines . mark the important things which will help you in the future.

D'nt guess and mark answer as it will increase the chance of getting wrong.
mark if you are 100 % sure.
solve last year question papers.
