help me to prepare for General awareness for bank exams

U can download bank exam books... U can appear for mock tests in online... U can get previous year question papers also...

For general awareness, it is necessary to read the daily newspaper and watch daily news broadcast, it can do a lot.
You can also use magazines such as CSR , competition master, banking service chronicle and manorama year book.

for general awareness,In my opinion you should join mock test online,read news paper,and also read magazines,previous year paper.

For preparing bank exam i suggest you to study in group the general discussion helpyou more than anything else

for preparing general awareness in bank exam prepare in CSR monthly magazine books and also it publishes general knowlegde book 2010 which have questions asked in various competitive exams...

keep reading the news papers regularly.
also read some books which are informatory in nature,
and also red some exam magazines,these are very helpful for the exam

well in awareness for general knowledge you first hve to read news paper daily and only HINDU that is best then NDTV news daily in the morning or in the night and then you go for the PRATIYOGITA DARPAN and some other book related to this .

watch news

Preparing for General awareness or General knowledge cannot be accomplished in a single day.It must be started well in advance.Read newspapers,news magazines,general knowledge books & gather information from all sources.Form a group and start discussing various types of questions,as group study can make preparing interesting & active.

general awareness can be improved by reading current magazines and articles

for bank examination make it a point that everyday you study a good newspaper like- times of india, the hindu and also economy,business and banking sections of a business daily like :-the economic times,the business standard,the financial express
and monthly do buy these two magazines for quick revision:-
1)pratiyogita darpan
2)banking services chronicle
and if the exam is in february , prepare the gk for at least last 7-8 months.

also ,read two magazines i,e banking services chronicle and pratiyogiita darpan are indispensable

i think you have to read english newspapers and daily magzines to increase your general ability.
