Both the options - Engineering in top IIT and World best colleges are extremely good. The matter is the amount of caliber you hold and learn during the course and deliver it at the right time. Being in the top IITs or world best institutes is almost the same since top IITs are in the list of best institutes of the world. It matters upon your learning ability and your caliber to use the tag of a good institute. From economic point of view, doing engineering in IIT is definitely a better option.
