I have completed my 12th class (non medical) with 62% marks and my IELTS band score is 5 band. Please tell me, can I apply my file for Australia?

You might face difficulty in getting admission at top universities but there are many other universities which will definitely accept a score of 5 band in IELTS.

Most of the private universities abroad in Australia don't have any problem in giving admission but they will be quite an expensive option.

No you can not apply for admission at top universities in australia , but still you can get admission in private universities . Try in other countries also with 5 band in IELTS.

Sorry to say but you are not eligible to apply for admission in Australia with score of 5 band in IELTS because the minimum IELTS band requirement for Australia immigration is 6 in all four abilities of IELTS.

If you have got 5 Band in IELTS Exam then you will be getting private colleges in USA/Europe/Australia by giving expensive tuition fees. It's always better to give IELTS Exam one more time and try to get 6.5 Band in the IELTS exam so that you get admission in good college.

IELTS overall band requirement for getting admission in Australia's Colleges is 5.5 and no individual band should be lower than 5.0 . For getting admission in reputed colleges with scholarships you need to get 6.5 Overall Band in IELTS.

First of all, you have to apply for admission in any college on your IELTS Score and then if you got selected in any college then you have to apply for Visa. But you have got 5 Band in IELTS Exam so the chances are very slim for getting Visa.If you give one more time IELTS Exam with little more preparation and try to get around 6 or 6.5 Band then you will be having a good chance of getting Visa.
