Yes, you can open your own Dental Clinic in India through a foreign Bachelor of Dental Hygiene degree. For enrolment as a Dental practitioner, you need to get approval from Dental Council of India. For DCI approval you need to appear in the Screening Test and grant of provisional/permanent registration by the concerned State Medical Council.

For more details regarding DCI, you should visit http://dciindia.gov.in/
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
