As for as my knowledge students must have a degree in medicine and be registered medical practitioners.

Preference will be given to candidates who have at least two years of experience working in clinical medicine (in any country) with recent professional experience in a relevant discipline

English requirements you need to take the following english tests with at least minimum score required:
- TOEFL (least score of 85 (iBT), 223 (CBT), or 563 (PBT))
- IELTS(at least 6.5).
- Pearson PTE Academic(At least 55)
- Cambridge CPE least grade of "C"

Hope this will help
All the best
