Step - 2
Visit at https://admissions.msu.edu/applicati...ult.aspx?AL=IF create an account that will generate your application ID then start your application. Submit an essay(minimum 250 words, maximum 650 words), TOEFL, IELTS, SAT scorecard and your transcripts.

Step - 3
Pay the application fee of $75 and complete your application form.

If you submit your admission application and all required materials by the 1st of November, you will receive a decision about your admission by the 15th of January with maximum scholarship consideration.
