Dear friends, I have successfully got admission in PSB Academy, Singapore for BEng program. They said to submit the original marksheet first. That is not the problem for me. The problem is, they said to submit the application letter also. I don’t know what to write in this kind of letter. I am worried because my registration is pending.

You should write application letter exactly in the way a formal letter is written for jobs or admission to universities. Tell your matter straight and in a clear manner. Don't make it a rush in order to make it more attractive.
