Sir, I have successfully got admission in Cambridge University for MS program. They said to submit the original marksheet first. That is not the problem for me. The problem is, they said to submit the application letter also. I don’t know what to write in this kind of letter. I am worried because my registration is pending.

If they have asked you to submit an application letter, it might be related to the submission of your mark sheet at the University office.
Just write a letter addressing to the concerned person of the Admission department that you have asked to submit the mark sheet of the last qualifying examination. You have applied for admission at the said University and your admission process is pending due to not submitting the original mark sheet. So, you have sent your original mark sheet along with the application.
