If degree is completed in Tamil Nadu Open University will I be eligible for abroad Jobs?

All open university is valid for jobs abroadno college can deny such university and it's certificates.
For getting job abroad there are other prerequisite to be followed
Some are
Must have a good score through the academic year.
Must meet the eligibility criteria for the job being available.
Must have received letter from company for joining.
Has to apply for visa.
Has to go through english proficiency test.

One has to have completed some professional course to get a reputed job abroad.
