Is it impossible to work in the UK or in Japan after completing an MEng there?

Hi friends, I am willing to do my MEng either in Japan or in the UK. I would also like to work there on an MEng. But many people say that it is not possible for Indian students to work in Japan or in the UK after completing their MEng there?
