India or the USA, which is better to do MBBS with placement facility?


I want to do my MBBS in India or in the USA. I want to know which place is relevant for doing MBBS as I belong to India. I want to do a job after my MBBS program. So, which country is more favourable in both respects?

As USA is better than India to do MBBS as Compared to Placement Faculty as Students with Good Performance in Indian MBBS university were sent to Study MBBS in USA as there is most of the thing higher than India so, as per my opinion USA is better than India.
