Yes part time PhD is valid for the Teachers Recruitment Board and it is accepted throughout India.
You can pursue the course of PhD in Management and once you are awarded with the Degree you will be treated as any other PhD holder and that you have done the course as a Part time Candidate would not be taken into consideration.
The Degree is accepted by both the Teachers Recruitment Board and University Principal Approval.
