Hii i am currently studying in Bulgaria I was wondering if i could join as a lateral student in Europe or some other foreign countries

Yes, it is possible for Mbbs 2nd year student to join another college in europe.
You need to complete some formalities and you get admission in europe but there are some colleges and universities who did not allow this because they don't want any loopholes in their systems.
