Is it possible MS in United Kingdom for a candidate with 45% in 12th and 56% in BTech(ME)?

Hi Sir/Mam, I am a BE Mechanical Engineering student. Now I am pursuing in fourth year and I have interest to do MS in United Kingdom. I have scored good marks in 10th but I don't have scored good marks in 12th. I have got only 45% my 12th standard and 56% in BE till date. What to do?
