Procedure to study BS(Chemical Engineering) in any Government/Private university in United Kingdom? Total fee expenses?


Hi, I have completed my Diploma in Chemical Engineering in India. I have a plan to do BS in Chemical Engineering in any university in United Kingdom. What is the procedure for applying in Government and Private universities and what is the fee expenses?
