Requirements to study PhD(Physics) in University of California Santa Barbara?

Requirements to pursue Doctoral research program in Physics at University of California Santa Barbara:
1. You must have a Master's degree in Physics with GPA of 3.0 or better from an accredited institution.
2. You must have a scorecard of Graduate Record Examination.
3. You must have an English language proficiency certificate demonstrated by TOEFL/IELTS.
