Starting salary as a hotel management graduate is less in some of the organisation. But if you join prestigious organisation like ITC management trainee popularly known as WMI than your salary for 18 months is 24000 INR with the facility of 3time meals ,and stay . And after 18 months your salary will be something around 65000 INR .

There are similar organisation like this example — Taj,Oberoi,Accor etc. Their MT programs pays you very well but if you start your career as a entry level than you have to start with a salary of 10–15000 INR.
