How to Apply:

Candidates have the option to obtain the application form from different sources. The application forms can be obtained through two different methods, that is either by downloading it from the officially based websites or either by collecting it in person from the assigned places.

After the forms are availed, one needs to fill it completely with all the important data’s. After filling up the forms completely, one needs to forward it to the mentioned places as on or before the last dates of submissions.

Finally the candidates can also obtain the application form through post system. Only a requisite letter as well as a Demand Draft has to be forwarded in order to obtain the form. There are few important points such as mentioning of the registration number as well as a specimen of the signature at the back side of the Demand Draft have to be provided. They are also advised to retain copies of important documents provided with them and have to provide it as they are asked for.
